Carnival Cruise Line is offering an incredible 14-day cruise to Greenland that includes a visit to the world’s largest ice sheet, which has been called “the last frontier.”
The cruises to iceland and greenland 2021 is a 14-day cruise from Miami, Florida to Greenland. This cruise offers the opportunity to see icebergs, glaciers, and wildlife like no other.
Carnival Cruise Line will embark on a one-of-a-kind 14-day trip to Greenland and Canada in 2023, which will feature eight days at sea and five spectacular points of call.
Greenland will be visited by the Carnival Legend.
Carnival Cruise Company Ambassador John Heald teased it on Wednesday, but the cruise line is now announcing a one-time 14-day trip including stops in Greenland. The Carnival Legend will be the fortunate ship to be able to provide the spectacular trip from Baltimore, Maryland.
“I was fortunate enough to travel to Greenland on the Carnival Legend while I was still a Cruise Director and wow, what an amazing experience,” Heald said on his famous Facebook page. In 2023, I’ll be hosting this cruise once again, and it’ll be a blast. These little towns are unrivaled. There will be no tours or stores, just lovely people who live by the sea and on land who will welcome you into their homes and allow you experience their lives. It’s amazing, and it’s so calm and quiet.”

The Spirit-class ship will set sail from Baltimore on a 14-day journey on September 2, 2023. Before landing to Nanortalik in Greenland on September 8, the ship will cruise for five days in a row. On the next day, the Carnival Legend will dock at Qaqortoq, also in Greenland. The nation of Boh is situated on the southern coast.
“To get there, we sail through the iceberg-filled (no Leonardo Decrapio jokes required) Prince Christian Sound, which is, well, I don’t have the words to explain how this feels when you witness Polar Bears, Whales, and Yaks,” Heald said. And I’m certain that these Canadian ports, which I haven’t visited before, will be spectacular as well.”

On September 11, 2023, the cruise ship will spend another full day at sea before landing at St. Anthony, Newfoundland. A call will be made the next day at Corner Brook, also in Newfoundland. The last port of call will be Sydney, Nova Scotia, on September 13th. The Carnival Legend will arrive in Baltimore on September 16, 2023, after the last two sea days.

The trip is part of Carnival Journeys, which are unique sailings that the cruise company offers. Guests will get the opportunity to learn about the cultures of the places the ship will visit. The cruise will be made even more memorable by the presence of Carnival’s Brand Ambassador, who will allow passengers to meet and interact throughout the one-of-a-kind journey.
The Carnival Legend sailed to Greenland for the first time in September 2013 from Dover, England. This trip includes stops in Ireland, Canada, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Iceland, in addition to Greenland.
In November 2021, the Carnival Legend will relaunch.
The Carnival Legend has not yet started cruise operations, but it is set to do so on November 14th, departing from Baltimore. The ship will take the place of the Carnival Pride, which will depart for Tampa, Florida to begin cruises.

The Carnival Legend will begin her journey with a seven-day trip that includes three days in Bermuda. This will also be the first opportunity for passengers to experience the newly renovated cruise ship.
After getting the new red, white, and blue livery, the ship finished her dry dock in Marseilles, France, on August 20, 2021. The arcade was relocated to deck 3 to replace the chapel and library, and some minor interior improvements were made.
The ship has been traveling across the Atlantic and has just returned to Miami, Florida. On November 14, the ship will prepare and train the crew to greet the first passengers. The excitement, on the other hand, will increase as the ship approaches its epic 14-day journey to Greenland on September 2, 2023.
